Callena has 28 plus years' experience in the Childcare industry and Early Childhood Education in public schools. She has her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. She is also a Toastmaster-Advanced Bronze speaker, adult trainer, Child Development Advisor, and owner of C. F. Training Services. She has trained over 1000 early childhood educators. She is the author of two books - Caleb's Special Friend and Childcare Director Manual.
